Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for 4 x Production Operators for our client based in Rochford on a temporary to permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Works on a production line, to assist in the manufacture of our clients’ goods and other household, well-known brands that are produced.

· Uses equipment (for which training is given) in the production/factory as part of the established production process

· Cleans and maintains production equipment according to schedule, in order to keep the production process running smoothly

· Packs and prepares goods in readiness for shipment to customers in accordance with the weekly production plan

· Adheres to operating procedures and health and safety guidance, reporting any issues without delay

· Carries out other tasks as requested to assist the business as and when required

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

· Experience of working in a factory or a similar environment

· Knowledge of manufacturing standard operating procedures

· Ability to undertake training and follow guidance given or provided in English

· Health & safety knowledge and understanding in a manufacturing setting

· Knowledge and understanding of lifting techniques

Working hours are Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm.

In return our client offers a salary of £9.50 per hour.
