Office Support Administrator
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Support Administrator for our client based in Bishops Stortford on a permanent basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Dealing with incoming enquiries
· Processing customers orders with schedule dates and releasing to production.
· Arranging collection / export
· Goods in.
· Entering data onto the system.
· Answering front door, follow COVID protocol.
· Answering Main line phone calls and transferring to the relevant person
· Opening post and scanning to accounts.
· Tracking US shipments on FedEx and highlighting on the schedule once they are delivered.
· POS report check.
· Holiday tracker Log for site.
· Raising and receipting of PR’s on Oracle.
· Ordering Provisions and stationery with suppliers.
· General Administration.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Good communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Experience in General Administration.
· Confident in answering the telephone and responding to different departments.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
In return our client offers a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 per annum DOE.
