Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for 4 Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.
The successful candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills, whether that experience has been gained in an office environment, retail environment or hospitality environment and must be PC literate.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and quotes
- Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working in a fast-paced sales office environment
- General administration tasks
- Data entry
- Working towards company targets
Experience, Education & Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and concise communicator
- Good written communication
- PC Literate
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Full on the job training is provided
Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8am – 5:30pm & Friday 8am – 5pm.
In return our client offers a salary of up to £21,000 per annum, rising to £21,500 after completion of training period, with flexible working – working from home, in the office or hybrid as well as a newly refurbished office environment with fantastic facilities which is due to be completed soon.
Extensive training and development is on offer with corresponding salary reviews and increases.
